When it is even more difficult there will be our work team, in this case maximizing the resources of the main communities, organizing a greater use of the common areas and encouraging dialogue and beneficial agreements for the different communities of owners that compose it.

The main communities follow the same regulations of the Horizontal Property Law, they look for the same purpose that a community of owners but in this case the neighbour is replaced by an independent community unit as it can be a block or a phase within a urban complex.

The annual meetings of the main community will be attended by the different presidents of the blocks who, as in an ordinary community meeting, will hold an election of positions, and they will approve some accounts and will have their corresponding budget.
