According act 28/2016 on 2nd February Junta de Andalucía has created a framework for regulating vacation rental so that each property which wants to benefit from this decree must be included in a list properties for vacation rental purposes, and must comply with a series of basic requirements and guarantees. Its fulfillment will result in the obtaining of a reference code as a vacation home issued by the Tourism Ministry of the Junta de Andalucía.
